SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

All orders shipped to the European Union are sent via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). [1]

  • No Taxes at Checkout: UK VAT is removed, and local EU VAT/duties are not collected at our checkout. [1]
  • Payment on Arrival: You, the recipient, are solely responsible for paying all local import VAT, customs levies, and courier handling administration fees before your package can be delivered. [1, 2]
  • Customs Storage: Local customs will contact you via SMS or email with payment instructions. Parcels are typically held for up to 21 days; if unpaid, the parcel will be returned to the UK, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. [1, 2, 3]

All orders shipped to the United States are sent via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

  • No Tariffs at Checkout: US customs duties, baseline tariffs, and processing fees are not collected at our checkout.
  • Payment on Arrival: You, the recipient, are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying the 10% US baseline tariff, any standard HTS customs duties, and courier administrative handling fees upon arrival.
  • Customs Hold: US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will hold your parcel until these fees are paid in full. The local courier will contact you via email or SMS with a digital payment link. If unpaid within their holding window, the parcel will be abandoned or returned to the UK, and any associated return fees will be deducted from your refund. [1]

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind, we happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that because we provide free standard shipping on all initial UK orders, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, this includes international returns. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
