Payments are to be made via BACS bank transfer. When choosing your piece of jewellery, please contact Andrew Bird via email or phone call, he will then email an invoice with the bank details for transferring the payment.

Commissions will need a deposit of 50% to begin work, once the item is finished you will receive pictures of your new piece. The balance payment plus any postage will be required before posting.


You will receive your jewellery via Royal Mail Insured Post. This cost will be in addition to the cost of the item.


State your finger size when ordering and Andrew will do the necessary adjustments before posting, this sizing is free of charge. Please state your desired length of chain/bracelet when ordering.


Items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, providing they are unworn and in the original packaging.

A refund or exchange will be given on receipt of the piece providing it is in its original condition.

Andrew Bird Jewellery reserves the right to decline refunds if the above conditions are not met.
